Experience
With over two decades of coaching experience spanning various levels and sports, I bring a comprehensive understanding of athlete development and team dynamics. Currently serving as an Assistant Coach for 7th and 8th Grade Boys Lacrosse at Bethpage UFSD's John F. Kennedy Middle School, I focus on instilling fundamental skills and strategic thinking in players. Concurrently, I hold the role of Strength & Conditioning Coach at Bethpage High School, crafting year-round training programs and utilizing cutting-edge tracking and video software to optimize athlete performance. My tenure as an Assistant Coach for Varsity Football sees me not only refining players' techniques but also managing recruitment processes and spearheading digital media initiatives. Prior experiences as an Assistant Coach for Junior Varsity Football, Volunteer Assistant Coach for Wrestling, and Volunteer Assistant Coach for Football highlight my commitment to mentorship and organizational prowess, shaping athletes both on and off the field.
Digital Media
I created and manage our team's digital media presence, which includes a dynamic team website and active social media accounts. The team website serves as a central hub for players, parents, and fans, featuring game schedules, player profiles, news updates, and multimedia content. Using Adobe Photoshop, I designed visually appealing layouts and graphics that embody our team's spirit. Additionally, I maintain our social media accounts, utilizing platforms like Instagram, and Twitter to share game highlights, player spotlights, and important announcements. By consistently updating and engaging with our online community, we foster a sense of connection and pride among our players and supporters while enhancing our team's visibility within the broader sports community.
